Prosek is a dessert wine produced by a traditional method of processing selected overripe and slightly fried grapes of the highest quality Istrian varieties.

It is an old custom in Croatia to take early in the morning a mixture of on freshly beaten egg yolk, sugar and half a glass of the Prosek.

It is usually served well chilled  with a slice of lemon with desserts.

Istra Prosek is the winner of many prestigious quality awards.
